Caving under Budapest

If you are looking for some challenge and excitement, the Caving tours will be a unique experience for you. It is nothing like any other tours in Budapest, rather a sport activity.

The scene is on the Buda side, at the Matyas cave, which is unopen for public except for this tour. Provided with professional English speaking guides and some equipement as overalls, helmets ans torches (but no boots, please consider to bring some sport shoes with you). The tour takes about 2,5 hours of crawling, sometimes even up to (or rather down ;)50 meters (150 feet) underground, on different routes, depending on the size and the fitness if the group. If you want to take some pictures, you can take your own camera with you (small ones recommended).

Experience some unique sites as the Sandwich, the Birth Canal and many other features!
You will leave this tour as a different person!

The tour is bookable at the hostel.

NOTES:

* Public transportation is excluded from the tour price. Please consider having at least four tickets or a bus pass from the meeting point.

* If you suffering claustrophobia, panic attacks or any related mental disorders, this tour is NOT recommended for you!
