The Aboriginal Hostel is an amazing place...one of the best hostels where I've stayed. The location is great, really close to everything you'd want to see/do in Budapest. The staff is also very nice, and they'd do whatever you need to help you (including pub crawls and home cooked meals :)) At last but not least, the free waffles for breakfast are the best way to start the day.
