When you drive a car, please keep in mind you should pay for the parking almost everywhere in Budapest, on weekdays between 8am & 6pm, on Saturdays between 8am to 12am. The parking fee is different in every district, in our district it is about 210 HUF/hour (cca. 0.8EUR), but expires every three hours after.
If you want to come by car, there is a parking lot one block away from our place, it costs 2500HUF(cca. 8EUR) for 24 hrs, it is guarded, safe and close by.
Very important! Those who don't have valid parking ticket can be fined very quickly, or in worst case you can get a wheel-shackle.
Local hints:
On main roads the bus lanes shouldn't be used, it is reserved for buses and taxies only, and controlled by the authorities with cameras.
Please be careful, we have a lot of one way side streets. If you missed our location, you have to drive around another 5 minutes to get back where you started.
