Check in and Check out policies

We have a flexible check in/check out policy in the Aboriginal Hostel, which is rather easygoing comparing to other hostels, although we have to keep things in order to provide you a professional environment.
Check In
We have a flexible check in time, which means you can check in to the hostel at any time with some conditions.
We would like to notify you that 'Check in' and 'Check in to your room' does not mean the same thing.
'Check in' to the hostel is available 24hr. It means you can use all facilities, including showers and bathrooms, internet access, kitchen facilities and our common room, but not the room you will sleep in. This is simply because there be may some other guests who did not check out (the Check out time is by noon), also we need to clean the rooms, which may take a while, especially if people did not check out in time.
If you don't want to wait in the hostel until you can check in to your room, you can leave your luggage at reception, FREE of charge.
'Check in to your room' is available from 2pm. The only exception would be if there is some special cleaning is required or the previous guests were checking out late, but we wouldn't refer to this if possible. By checking in to your room, you will receive your keys, the bed(s) which your reservation is assigned, and the locker(s) assigned to the bed(s). Also we provide clean sheets, towels and linen, which should be prepared on your bed. If not, please notify the receptionist in charge, who will take care of you.
Check Out
The check out, same as check in, consists two separate phases.
'Check our from your room' is by noon. This means we will need need your keys, bed(s) you were sleeping in and the locker(s) to be emptied. You can leave your luggage at the reception for FREE of charge, also use the hostel facilities, but we need the mentioned items by noon, so we can clean up and make the room ready for the newcomers.
The actual Check out means when you leave the hostel.
Early Check out is available. If you are leaving in the early morning, please contact the receptionist in charge at the night before for early check out.
