Reservation policies

Online bookings
If you reserve online, please make sure you have made your reservation correctly, for the right dates, number of guests and nights. If you find any wrong details, please contact us immediately. We can not take any responsibility if you made a reservation wrong but we can help you to solve it. Please do not leave it for the last moment as the latter you contact us, the less chance you have to modify any details.
If you have to cancel your booking, please do it 24hr in advance, otherwise we have to charge your card for one night of stay. This happens as well if you don't show up according to your reservation.
Travel plans changed
The same policy stands if your travel plans change or need to add extra people. We can be easily booked out and even when we are keen to help you, sometimes we can't help you in this matter, unless they stay in an other hostel. So please contact us as soon as possible if you have any changes in your travel itinerary, so we can help you out immediately.
E-mail reservation
We do accept e-mail reservations, although we do require a confirmation, few days before arrival, including your arrival time to the hostel. If the arrival time changes, please contact us immediately as if you don't arrive within an hour according to your arrival time, we have to cancel your reservation.
Phone reservation
We also accept phone reservations, if you indicate your arrival time and a mobile phone number in order to contact you. If your phone reservation is not for the same day, please confirm your booking by e-mail, few days before arrival, including your arrival time to the hostel. If the arrival time changes, please contact us immediately as if you don't arrive within an hour according to your arrival time, we have to cancel your reservation.
